Our business is not successful unless you are successful - and a healthy work and life balance is a necessity.

• Residential Employment Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule. No nights shift. No weekends.
• Commercial Employment Schedule: TBD based on client needs; in most cases will be scheduled after the establishment is closed (pm).
• 1 Week Paid Vacation (based on time onboard and performance)
• Weekly compensation payout 
• W2 earnings - No more 1099‘S!
