When you hire us, you get to control your cleaning experience by purchasing as much or as little labor hours as needed for your project. We would love to walk you through the onboarding process, personalize your experience, and fulfill your full or partial service - on your budget! And the best part: our price are all inclusive! It takes into account for the labor hours, travel, equipment, and cleaning supplies!*
Do you need the tough appliances cleaned? We got you covered! Minimum of 2 packages must be purchased for an appliance only visit. Otherwise, these appliance can be added in addition to any labor hour package. .
* Packages are created using a 1:1 Labor Ratio. Example: If you purchase 3 hours of labor, and 2 crew members come out to service your home, they will be in your residence for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. Hourly Rate charges are inclusive to mileage, labor costs, and equipment/cleaning supplies with the exception of trash liners. Please supply our team with the liner of your choice, and we'll gladly reline your trashcans when servicing your home.
** Not all homes are equal. Affordable Maids requires minimum 2 labor hours to service any home above 1000 sq. ft. According the size of your residence, you can add additional labor hours to better service your entire residence. If the entire home cannot be serviced within the purchased amount of hours, our team will focus on the high traffic areas and ask YOU to determine what areas are being cleaned. Basic labor hours are not to be combined with our "In Depth" , "Move In/Out" or "Appliance Package" - NO EXCEPTIONS.
*** Appliance Package only: All appliances and cabinets must be empty prior to our visit. NOTE: If this requirement is not complete by the time of our service visit, THE SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL STILL BE INVOICED FOR THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT, NO EXCEPTIONS
